My current agent is impossible to reach. I am forced to leave VM’s to which nobody returns. I have been waiting 8 days now for an answer to what should be a simple question. I walked into this office to see if I could switch agents. I was rudely told they don’t take switches and that there are other agencies in the area that would. I guess they don’t need my business. Totally disrespected and disappointed. I will be shopping around."
